This release prioritizes long-term security and modernization by introducing quantum-resistant cryptography, providing post-quantum security that protects sensitive data against both current and future cryptographic threats — including harvest-now-decrypt-later attacks. This release also includes a migration to React 19. Alongside critical browser-specific fixes for Firefox, these updates streamline performance through dependency cleanup, memory management improvements, and a transition to more efficient libraries.
KPI-139: Added quantum-resistant cryptography (Kyber wrapping) to the transmission layer
KPI-150: Refreshed localization strings by running the translation script
KPI-169: Refactored host-resolution logic in keeperhost.c from if-else strcmp chains to a Map lookup
KPI-160: Fixed an issue where synced Firefox profiles failed to import passwords
KPI-162: Investigated and resolved importer errors affecting Pearson's import flow
KPI-168: Fixed NPM security vulnerabilities in importer dependencies
For the purpose of pre-installing the executable on end-user devices, the Keeper Administrator can optionally deploy the binaries using MDM or group policy.
